All regular items usually ship within 2 business days from date of order. Custom orders vary depending on order. See below to estimate delivey time. For custom orders, please email info@glyphiksdesign.com to determine shipping options. Notification will be posted on the main site in the event that shipping will be delayed due to a Glyphiks closure caused by such events as shows, holidays, emergencies etc. Glyphiks does not guarantee the below delivery time. XpressPost Canada Post is listed to order at 35.00CDN. This is an estimate. If a parcel is more expensive to ship than 35.00 we reserve the right to ship it regular post rather than XpressPost. The 35.00 shipping quote includes 3 items. Each additional item is 4.00CDN to ship.
International orders might be subject to additional custom charges and duties. These charges vary from country to country and are applied by the destination government. You are solely responsible for these charges.
Items returned for exchange may require an additional shipping charge to be paid. It is in your best interest to contact us directly and provide your measurements to find the best fitting size for you.
Please NOTE that in case of an exchange, the shipping cost is not refundable, and Glyphiks Design is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges & Credit
We will be happy to exchange any item you are not happy with within 30 days. All returns will be accepted for exchange only so long as tags are attached and the garment has not been altered, visibly worn or washed. To be eligible for exchange the item must shipped back to us within 30 days. Items sent for exchange within 30 days postmarked will be accepted. We must be informed of the return by email before shipping so that we can send you proper shipback instructions.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will ship a new garment(s) or credit note within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.
NOTE: you must receive a return authorization number and get ship back instructions before sending articles back. This number must be included with the return.
All ship backs must be returned via post. We will not accept packages if there are any outstanding shipping charges. The package will be refused.
Be sure to label the parcel as 'RETURNED goods', this will help the item clear customs. We will not accept items incorrectly labeled.
Items returned for exchange may require an additional shipping charge to be paid. It is in your best interest to contact us directly and provide your measurements to find the best fitting size for you.

Taxes
Will be calculated based upon your location. Canadian residents will be charged applicable GST, HST and/or Provincial Sales Taxes, customers outside Canada are exempt.
Customs/Duty
Items will be shipped from Canada. Any applicable customs charges/duties are not included in the purchase price, and are the responsibility of the individual customer.
