Glyphiks Design was unofficially started in 2000 on a part-time basis when a hobby became an adventuresome business idea. Stephanie Storm noticed a growing desire for artistic and unique Canadian clothing and decided to take a chance. In 2001, Stephanie attended the Venture Creation Program and learned the necessary skills to run a small business. She later completed her Fine Arts Degree with an emphasis on computer graphics and photography. In 2002 after many hours of self-taught sewing lessons, Glyphiks was officially launched.
Glyphiks has come a long way from its humble beginnings of home-made street wear. It is well on its way to being a staple for many individual looks due to its high quality, cross-over appeal, and the versatility of the designs. It is evolving with time and continues to be a sought after by individuals with an eye for something a little different.
